I can remember once in primary school when me and three other students were called into an empty classroom and we were told by the principal that he had observed that all four of us were breathing through our mouths and we shouldn't do that because it looked stupid. No explanation on
how we should breath, just that we looked stupid. When I told my speech therapist this a couple of years ago she was horrified.
I've never used those strips, I might see if I can get them. I've considered nasal spray but salt water usually doesn't work and the other ones make my nose lazy and after stopping with them my nose is blocked for several days before it starts doing its work again on its own.
