Check if UPS used "Smart Post" on your delivery. They bring it to your local post office and then the PO delivers it. I've often seen the tracking show that my "Smart Post" was delivered on one day when it actually shows up at my door a day or two later.

Otherwise, you do have to take into consideration the weather at this time of year. There have been a lot of flights grounded around the country due to ice and snow and that impacts UPS as much as travelers.

I think that a $40 rise in the Prime membership might cause me to cancel my subscription to it. I order from Amazon often and I do utilize the Prime Videos, so I do think that I get value out of my subscription, but it's really a non-essential expense that I could cut out of my budget.
