Kidding.
I think "Heart of Rock" is the best way to go. It's a good title for the third part, and also using it twice is a good way to tie the package together. That is why albums usually have title tracks, after all. Hardly a radical idea.
If you're dead set against it, I'll probably have to re-read the third part in isolation to come up with an idea that stands well for it alone. I'll get back to you....
