They've been in business for several years; it's not like they're some bunch of nobodies who just popped up with a big bag of mystery content. As for "precious little information" - summary blurbs are what
most publishing houses use to promote their books. Why should Angry Robot be different? Are you under the (very mistaken) impression that they're a place like Smashwords that's an umbrella for automated self-publishing, or a fly-by-night indie bookstore?

No, the
least they could do would be to simply keep chugging along as they have been: producing and selling high-quality, DRM-free books at reasonable prices. Instead, they chose to offer a hundred customers a whopping good deal on the occasion of the publication of their hundredth book. If you don't want to take advantage of it, that's up to you, but there's no need to insult them for having a sale!
