Glad to see this now available from Gutenburg. When you were producing your editions of Dickens a year or so ago, I looked for this and found it in HTML form, but on a site in Japan, of all things. Dickens Society of Japan or some such. Sent the person who had jurisdiction over it an email asking for permission to use it and never got a reply.
Wonder if they used his version or if someone started from scratch.
