Yeah, that's why I try to say the DRM has been removed, rather than cracked. Mobipocket is the same way. You have to have a legitimate key to remove it.

The end result is the same though. It only takes one person with a key to remove the DRM and then put the "open" file on the sharing sites. That pretty much renders DRM useless, whether it's technically been cracked or not.
