Do you mean WITH or WITHOUT visual feedback. in terms of your request AFAIK "no", there WAS one for the kindle 3 a bazzilion years ago (that didnt work great)
For simplicities sake: you could just loop mount the rootdir as an armel image via qemu.
Downside: Doesn't really "boot", no visual output.
