I had been "bugging" BN for the last two year via email about this program and if you hadn't posted this notice with the suggestion to look in my spam folder, I would have totally missed out on $78.05. Being on a fixed income that is a lot of money to me.

I'll take what I can get but I sure was expecting a lot more of a refund based on how many years I still had left (about eight as near as I can tell). But thanks again for this post. Christmas came late this year...
