If you just want to mark the opened books as unread, you can do that by long-pressing the book in the library listing, there is are otions on the menu that pops up to mark as unread or finished. But if you want to reset the reading stats on number of books read, hours read, etc. then I think you need to sign out and setup the device again from scratch.

In the Settings > Accounts page there is an option to sign out of your Kobo account. If you do this it will result in going through device setup again and you will start with a new database. It is like a factory reset, but no new firmware is downloaded and your sideloaded books are not deleted.
Well I am not able to find this pull down menu. I go to the bookstore and it shows me several books I press on on it. Then it takes me to a page with more details. On this page the only things I can touch are buy and preview book. There is nothing to the right of the price When its showing me all the books available on a page it shows the price but nothing else. And to he right of the price in the books details is the picture of the book. I don't see any pull down menu.

As for marking a book unread I don't see that either. There is an option to mark it finished but not unread. It gives me the options to view details, mark as finished, add to shelf, or delete.
