New "remove unused css" tool

A really useful tool for tidying up things, however would it be possible to either have a check dialogue before deleting css rules on the lines of "Deleting following css rules : <list of rules> - OK ?" or at the very least have the final confirmation dialogue list the rules that have been deleted.
