I wonder if some non-owners of either Paperwhites or Fires will object to that as well. Those, who only buy iTunes, will probably find that link totally useless.
There is definitely a difference between the interests of Kindle users with annual updates and those who rarely buy new Kindles or simply use non-Kindles. It also appears from polls I posted at prior times that most of the non-Kindle users are dependent on Calibre and Alf and their needs are far different from the Kindle users.
For me the MYK page is great and getting even greater. Those, who don't like Kindles and prefer to use Kindle Apps on other hardware, may disagree.
The non-PW and non-Fire users will simply have to tolerate the needs of the Kindle users.
Maybe Amazon needs to create two different MYK pages one for users of their Kindle Apps and another for users of their Kindles. A custom MYK page for users of Kindle Apps should probably have a link to the Calibre page and the Alf page as well.

What are you talking about?? What does manage your mp3s have to do with anything? That is in a separate section that you would have to select separately, so how does that affect users who have the kindles that do not have audio capabilities?? But now that you mentioned it, it would have been cool if the mp3s showed up in for the devices that do have those features and you could send them to your device. Otherwise why add it to this section? Though I assume they are trying to put all the multimedia together.
