My ram disc resurrects after reboots,its a config option- -reloads its image at startup. I guess it loses stuff if there's a BSOD crash, but as it's temp files anyway I am not fussed... I used Dataram RAMDISK.
as its only for temp internet files, I have no real interest what it in it though, I just looked up how to set file location for each browser & did that thing once...
I did look at using it also for Spotify, but Spotify is greedy with disc space, if allowed, & I don't ahve unlimited RAM...
