I buy from whichever store has the best price, which I usually find via specials from here or from Daily Deals email. I have such a TBR pile built up now from specials that I haven't looked for something to buy in a while.
If I wanted something that I didn't pick up on special, I'd go with whoever had the lowest price. If the price is about the same everywhere and a Kobo coupon doesn't apply, then I'll normally go with Kobo to kick a few pennies back to Powell's.
