I seem to have killed the thread dead, and we have a dead heat with one point each for pdurrant, Stitchawl and Bilbo1967, so here are clues to the missing two - first to get a point wins:
3. Cacophobia - a sufferer of this would be sh*t scared of Quasimodo (and it's not a fear of hunchbacks)
