Yes I am. That's what forced me to do this. Before that I had collections with the same names in each Paperwhite.
After I updated my firmware I had the same problem everyone had and I left feedback for Amazon about it and they emailed me asking that I call Kindle support. I did and they suggested using different collection names on each device. It solved the problem for me.
