I've found this to be a very enjoyable series, set in Glasgow, in the 15th century. The protagonists are a notary, Gil Cunningham, together with his wife, Alys, who has taken more of a role in solving the mysteries as well as the series progresses.
Thanks for posting this. I wish the first in her series was on sale. I'll keep checking.
