Maybe a dumb question, but I noticed in that one video of someone trying real hard to destroy the eInk screen that the screen appears to be very flexible.
Anyone have any idea why the Esquire screen doesn't suffer from the same fragility as the screens used in the various eInk devices (iRex, Cybook, Sony, etc.)? Another way of asking the question would be why isn't this flexible screen used elsewhere?
