Mine went from 2.1.5 to 3.0.1. I'd purposefully turned off wifi and hadn't synced it (I usually sideload books). So I didn't intend to upgrade. And now I know why.

I'd planned on going back to 2.1.5, but had sent an email to Kobo asking if there were known problems, and they sent a new reader (a glo), so I never bothered to try going back to 2.1.5, just sent the old one back last week. So I can't say that rolling back the upgrade would help, but jusmee's experience seems to confirm my suspicions that that's the solution.

jusmee, I'm glad yours is working again.
