Where are the instructions to get CM and the plugin running on a PW2? I presume they include instructions for jail breaking? BTW, I have a PW2 with special offers and don't want to remove the special offers. Does a jail break do that?

Edit: forgot to mention I'm running this on an iMac with OS 10.7.5.
