Main reason is that I want to export to a dropbox folder to upload to my Nook Glow 2 - but I want to leave my Calibre versions of the Epubs as-is. I.e. I don't want that metadata page to be in my original versions of the epubs.

Are you saving your Library to a *box?

Polish or Modify EPUB works on the Library EPUB copy

SAVE TO FOLDER (set in connect/share) works and is configured like STD, which means metadata is updated on a send and converted if the format does not exist
