Is it possible to do a batch convert and save to disk at the same time?

I'm really after one main feature on the convert: "insert metadata as page at start of book" (and also insert the cover into the epub I guess).

Main reason is that I want to export to a dropbox folder to upload to my Nook Glow 2 - but I want to leave my Calibre versions of the Epubs as-is. I.e. I don't want that metadata page to be in my original versions of the epubs.
