When viewing for a specific device you get these two notices:

Select one or more content items below to Deliver to device.
For applying any other actions on content-items, please move to Your Cloud Library

At least we can now download as many items at once as we desire when we get a new device are have to reset one. Beats the old DL one at a time and spend forever doing so.
