I've not had any issues with Audible, and their tech support has continued to be flawless since the acquisition. Because I am continually building and rebuilding machines, both for test and to install beta versions of whatever OS I'm writing about, I often require Audible to reset my enrolled devices and/or computers so the DRM behaves and doesn't hit the maximum numbers. I've never once had any issue with them doing it, and that includes post acquisition. (The most recent time was a few weeks ago when they reset all my enrolled machines and devices on all three accounts.)

I just logged in this morning and my 2 credits are still showing. And the 3-for is showing as well. So whatever the issue, it seems to have been resolved.
