Oh, I'm keeping an eye on things, yes. And I do know there are ~20 books ahead that will be instant-buys/pre-orders, so the hard thing is to resist those "hmm, never heard of it but sounds maybe interesting" deals.
So far, I've been tempted a few times - but resisting has been a tiny bit easier with each new case.
(I'm not planning to resist
everything that isn't already on my wishlist or worthy of a pre-order - if there's a good deal on something new-to-me that sounds not just "maybe interesting, might stick it onto my TBR and read it some day" but "extremely interesting, definitely want to read soon", I don't think it's necessarily a good idea to resist; after all, while the idea is to keep the TBR list and spending under control, finding new authors and books is still something that I want to do, being a reader!)
