Hi,

Followed the directions at the beginning of this thread, but Update Your Kindle obstinately stays grayed out, even after a restart.

Here's the requested info:
Model: PW2 Wifi
Country bought in/shipped to: USA
First four chars of serial: B0D4
Firmware (just in case): 5.4.2
