Pretty much the same here, although I don't visit a lot of review blogs. Goodreads, Amazon forums, to some extent Mobileread forums, and recommendations/mentions by (online) friends are my main sources of finding out about potentially interesting reads.

Of course, that's for general ideas - for books to buy or put on wishlist.

For the actual decision regarding "which book to read next", I don't go to any website - either I have something specific in mind (generally only when a preordered new book in a favourite series has been released or I've read a book in a series and immediately want to continue with the next one) or I stare for a while at my Calibre library and/or spreadsheet of books bought and/or browse the collections on my Kindle for a while, to see if any of the titles there sounds more promising than the others at that particular moment.
