I'm trying to find my way around in KOReader using a PW2, and I really like the stability and speed when reading PDFs (the native viewer runs out of memory every few pages).

However, I could not find a way to manually zoom in and out. Is that possible at all, or are the general options in the zoom menu (zoom to content/page width/height etc.) all there is?

Also, when tapping on a PDF in the books overview, it is now by default opened by KOReader. Is there a way to reset this so that PDFs are again opened by the native Kindle PDF viewer by default?
