Can not convert epub background and foreground colors to AZW3
I change the color and background color in an epub book via Sigil. When I view the file using the viewer in calibre, the colors are correct. When I then use ADE_2.0, the colors are correct.
I then go back into Calibre and convert the epub file to an AZW3 file and download the AZW3 file to my Kindle Fire HD. the book shows up as a back and white book.
I have the epub file, the AZW3 file as well as the debug files from Calibre. I want to use the debug feature to submit these files but I can not get a confirmation code from Launchpad to send them.
Thus, I am including them in this message with the exception of the Calibre debug file.
