On my Kindle I go to TOC... I see:

"Recently Added" link
"Top Downloads" Link

"Books - Alphabetical Order"

a..z links

"Authors - Alphabetical Order"

list of authors as links

"Lists - Alphabetical Order" ... etc

Where is the a..z index links for authors?
