You can, but if you have 13.10, then the Gibert repository will also work. (There is only a 13.10 version there. You could probably still install from there, but I've never tried to trick a repository into giving me the wrong version of a package. ) Although the changes between 0.7.3 and 0.7.4 are very minor for the most part.
