I bought my Kobo Touch because of the advanced features like multiple fonts and weight variability and being able to add my own fonts. Again, I bought my Glo because Kobo got the front lighting right and continued offering features. If Kobo doesn't stop fixing things that aren't broken, start concentrating on features that are as obvious as the nose on your face to anyone actually using the product, and continue innovating new features like Pocket support I feel they will fall by the wayside. If I were part of their management team I'd do everything I could to ensure that they eat, sleep, and live with the device they are developing to encourage them to discover features that would be helpful to everyone. Whiteboards, BS sessions(production development meetings), etc. are great, but they will never trump one or more passionate people who actually use the product in real life and gather insight to better development.
