In theory, since FLO is part of the IDPF epub3 standard, any compliant FLO epub should open properly using any compliant epub3 renderer. I haven't tried using an Apple FLO epub but I have played with some of the ones from Infogrid Pacific. You will need to rename them to .kepub.epub to use the ACCESS renderer for epub3 files. Check the URL below for some of their sample files.
