Neko - You need four tounge depressors, some plastic wrap and a roll of duck(t) tape. Cover wrist with plastic wrap, put one depressor on each quadrant of your wrist and wrap semi tight with duct tape. I know it sounds silly but as a temporary measure it works. Please don't ask me how I know.
