Yes at the time I was going through a specific file, in Book View deleting "fullstops" in headers, and adding fullstops in paragraphs. I was also scrolling using the scroll on my Microsoft mouse to scroll down. It later seemed that if I saved very frequently, it did not happen. Can't be sure but it seemed so. Just prior to each crash it also seemed as though I lost focus on the Book View Window, and the focus switched to the left hand window which displays the file list. Cant be sure of that but thats how it seemed. It seemed as if one of the files "flashed".

Today I finished that file, and have not had the issue re-occur on the next file. Basically, having learnt a bit more about epub files recently as opposed to pure mobi requirements, I am trying to tighten my files. So I am getting rid of pretty much all of the Flight Crew issues. Still have the one warning regarding the cover image because I don't have the image in an html file.
