But it's the gift that keeps on giving. Once they've invested in DRM, there's little to no cost in maintaining it, it would probably be more expensive to manage exceptions. And voila, just enough of an obstacle to slow most folk down. I haven't tried removing it myself, maybe for the husband's new Robert Parker....
