I'm running version 3.0.1 (21-11-13)
There is no entry for "numPartialUpdatePageTurns" in my "Kobo eReader.conf" file.
I discovered that if you add the line:
numPartialUpdatePageTurns=90
at the end of the [Reading] section it works a treat.
Seems the line has been taken out but is still valid.
