I've built a gui-less version of aMule 2.2.2 (amuled) for iLiad which can be managed through a web browser (see screenshot #3).
Instructions:
- Unzip wherever you prefer
- Start. Actually the app won't work yet but it will create a /home/root/.aMule folder with conf files. You have at least to perform these basic configurations steps:
- Set AcceptExternalConnections=1 in amule.conf
- Set the ECPassword -> amuled --ec-config
- Update start.sh to match your password (default is abracadabra)
- Copy valid server.met and nodes.met files in the .aMule folder
- Restart
The web server responds at port 8080.

I may be wrong but I think this can be considered one of the most energy-efficient mules in the world
