It's not possible to read DRMed Mobipocket files on Mac or Linux, that's true. But it IS possible to read DRMed Mobipocket on Palm OS devices, or the Bookeen Cybook. All of which CAN be used with Mac OS and Linux.
I've mostly read Mobipocket ebooks since starting to buy ebooks several years ago. I can't read your Mobipocket offerings.

But I'm not sure that I understand your point? Mobipocket does not support Mac or Linux...therefore what use would it be to download Mobipocket files?
