I vote for something that is even close to this.
Many times the 'found' is on the last line where you can not see the fullparagraph/context.

So if it is at all possible, at least keep the whole containing paragraph on the screen.

I can't remember where I saw/used an TEXT only era, editor that when you pressed the scrolllock key, the cursor line was always in the middle (top half untill ~line 10 of the 80x24 display)
