The new GlowLight (not sure if that's the one you're talking about) has 221 pixels per inch, the same as the Paperwhite. I find them to be pretty comparable, but if you're talking about the older GlowLight (the one that isn't white) then yeah it would have fewer ppi and uneven lighting.
