I'm hoping it's a promo version, added so it can be a "free Matchbook" offering and not just a pirated copy. I doubt she's left Macmillan.
The sample looked like it was probably the macmillan book (if it was the $1 one the sample was showing, for, that is; I never can tell, when it shows two like that, if the sample is always the one whose ASIN you are viewing).
