You can only watch the list of books you bought at the store you bought it. Adobe has no overview. The registration is to ensure that the DRM applied to the book is connected to your registration.
That also means that if the store goes out of business, you loose the ability to download the books. That is the reason why a lot of people decide to liberate their books from DRM after purchasing.
