People who own and have reviewed the book complain that there are hardly any pictures in it. And, as I already said, I am only interested in the words. I have enough imagination to realise what the finished dish will look like.
BTW it is not just a cookery book - I already have enough of them in ebbook formats. It's about the relationship between what we eat and what effect that has on our bodies.
I'm not cutting my nose off .... There are plenty of publishers of ebooks nowadays. I will choose to use the others in future.
