Wy not word position?

I know a formal citation needs page and book edition, but that was in dead-tree era. What easy will be cite the start position showing the word number.

Marvin has word count if you manually select the option in book properties.

I think the best way to know the size of a book is know how many words it has. Pages are confusing because sometimes editors fake them. For example, the book "El asedio" from Pérez-Reverte has more than 700 pages... with a very big font and even more big margins to make a big book from a little one (about 250 "standard" pages).

Even Amazon's "locations" can be confusing.

Not talking if you are going to verify a "classic" citation and you have another edition with different paging. Of course that cannot be avoided in paper books, but we can create a good new citation standard for electronic ebooks, avoiding the ADE way to count pages.
