I suspect that msjo's missing the payment box because they're on the 'old look' checkout. Because as we know the new look check out shows that box irrespective of whether the book can be discounted or not.

India is on the new look site and new look checkout.

One of the pitfalls of being say in the US site and selecting the book to the checkout stage - and then changing the country code is that you'll only get pricing on that published version of the book - and not other versions of the book that India stocks.

That's why I change my country code, and then close the site and then open kobobooks.com afresh - already logged into the India (or wherever site).

It seems to work everytime doing it that way.
