No which kind of defeats the purpose, you can browse your dropbox and import books so nothing you couldn't do with just the dropbox app beforehand.
I think they won't integrate dropbox properly because they want to sell their mantano sync which doesn't even work for me it's easily my number one flaw with Mantano.
My advice if you want proper dropbox usage get Fabrik Pro it's not as nice a reader but at least it doesn't charge you for something as simple as syncing and it works.
