I use my kindle 4nontouch for any long term reading. But if I'm at work, I'll bring my nexus 7 along and watch some anime, read for 30 minutes, work for 10 minutes, rinse and repeat.
But yeah, for multi-hour reading, it's the kindle, with buttons! :-)
