You indicated that you installed Qt5* via yum. I doubt all the includes and libraries necessary for proper Qt5 development are being installed with that approach. I've found the various Qt5 development environments installed from the repos to still be a bit on the "probably not going to work very well" side of things for now. It is getting better, though. Your best chance for a successful Sigil compilation is to install the latest binary Qt5 package downloaded directly from Nokia.
