Since I suspect most people who are asking this question are from the US. If you don't want to go through the hassle of getting at T3 when there are plenty of T2s out there, do a search. I found ones for $69. Is there really any evidence a T3 is so much better than the T2 that it is worth the effort to travel out of the US or pay the extra nearly $100?
