V2 Updated this volume to reduce the indented margin for poetry and lists to work better on smaller devices and 2 columns in landscape mode. Also added a AZK version. Note that this has a .zip extension to allow upload as AZK is not currently a supported format. Do not unzip this archive but merely remove the .zip extension and insure the extension is .azk.
AZK is a new amazon extension intended to iPad and iPhone users. It permits these readers to have ePub like support with better control of margins and other features instead of Mobi version 7. At this date cloud services don't know about AZK so you will need to use iTunes to get the file onto your iOS device for Kindle Reader.
The MOBI version contains both V7 and KF8 in the same file but the source has been stripped to make it as small as possible.
